Outlook (powered by Microsoft 365) is the email and calendaring service for all McMaster University employees. All hired standardized patients (SPs) will be provided with a McMaster email address, which is the address the Standardized Patient Program will send communications to.

Mosaic is McMaster’s HR and finance system which SPs can use to:

• Review pay stubs
• Print tax forms
• Register for mandatory Health & Safety Training
